John Deere Bank is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial and maintains branch offices in the UK, Spain, Germany, and Poland. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g., payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment) and provide them exceptional customer support.
• Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
• Monitor the customer financing repayment (Cash collection, Past due management, Write-off).
• Provide credit processing support to the country credit underwriting teams.
• Prepare and review reports, exhibits (external and internal).
• Establish close partnerships with stakeholders from each of our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and flawless completion of all quality control for client data.
• Continuously look for improvements in processes and how they are implemented in our systems.
• Coach, train and mentor more junior team members.
• Participate in regional projects.

Our Requirements:

• Finance experience such as banking, wholesale/retail credit, analysis, or underwriting (4+ years).
• Ability to master customer interactions, handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person.
• Fluency in English is essential; German and/or Spanish are considered a strong advantage.
• University degree preferably in a finance- or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.
