Your tasks

• Responsible for external and internal customers
• Credit reports, customer self-disclosures, balance sheet data, in-house data, as well as reporting & preparation of statistics and trade reports
• Credit assessment of customers based on the above-mentioned information
• Needs-based determination and allocation of credit limits and payment terms; regular review of credit limits and, if necessary, adjustments as well as the compilation of information as a basis for decisions on higher credit limits by our headquarters in Brussels
• Safeguarding liquidity through early repayment and daily release of blocked orders due to limit and payment term overruns
• Cooperation with trade credit insurance and debt collection services
• Processing of insolvent customers; monitoring of overdue receivables; processing of dunning procedures
• Central information point about customer changes to other departments
• Monthly financial closing
• KPI reporting and review
• Interface to the Shared Service Centre (BEBS) for payment postings and master data creation
• Preparation of audit-relevant information and performance of audits for the Credit department
