To deliver better, more creative, and efficient ideas and campaigns, we have launched an innovative in‑house agency to support the Global Asahi brands. We are seeking an exceptional, dedicated Senior Art Director to support our Polish team, delivering great creative solutions for both local and global brands, pushing creative excellence and innovation in everything we do.
As a key member of our creative team, you will be a driving force of creativity. Delivering great design ideas, attending brainstorms and sharing exciting trends with your team. You’ll have the ability and initiative to take control of briefs and, with guidance from your Senior Creative Lead and Executive Creative Director, develop the creative from concept through to final execution. You’ll be able to work within existing guidelines and develop designs suitable for a variety of applications.
The right candidate will need to have a can‑do mentality, be agile in managing workload, creatively minded and able to deliver big ideas and bold design.
Lead design and ideation end to end, from brief to delivery. Set the standards for craft excellence, create scalable design systems and ensure every asset is on brand, on time and optimised for performance. Line‑manage and mentor designers, direct external partners and collaborate with copywriters and motion designers to deliver ideas that raise creative quality, speed to market and cost effectiveness.
