To deliver better, more creative and effective ideas and campaigns, we are launching an innovative in-house agency to support our Global and Local Asahi brands. We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Creative, Copy / Idea Maker — a conceptual thinker and master of words who will shape ideas and copy that travel across markets and cultures.
As a key member of our creative team, you’ll lead the ideation and copywriting craft for our Polish portfolio (Tyskie, Żubr, Lech) and support international brands like Asahi Super Dry and Peroni. You’ll bring bold ideas to life across film, social, digital, CRM and beyond — collaborating with Senior Creative, Design and Digital peers to raise the creative bar everything we do.
The right candidate will have a can‑do mindset, thrive on creative collaboration, and bring curiosity, strategic thinking and linguistic mastery to every brief.
Lead Poland’s copy and ideation agenda end-to-end, from brief to delivery. Set the standard for copy excellence, safeguard tone of voice, and ensure every asset is on‑brand, on‑time and optimized for performance.
