Responsibilities : Primary Support: Act as the first point of contact for Coupa application finance users, efficiently addressing and resolving their issues. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues reported by Finance and Treasury Teams, providing robust support to both Global and Local Accounting Teams. Ticket Management: Submit and manage tickets on the Coupa Portal and with Integration Counterparts. Issue Resolution: Support accounting and treasury teams with Coupa-related issues during daily operations, month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. System Requirements: Identify new system requirements, assess their impact on existing systems and business processes, and develop appropriate specifications for new business processes. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Purchasing and IT Teams globally. Project Leadership: Lead and drive projects/teams independently to completion and stabilization.
