Responsibilities : Primary Support: Act as the first point of contact for Coupa application finance users, efficiently addressing and resolving their issues. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues reported by Finance and Treasury Teams, providing robust support to both Global and Local Accounting Teams. Ticket Management: Submit and manage tickets on the Coupa Portal and with Integration Counterparts. Issue Resolution: Support accounting and treasury teams with Coupa-related issues during daily operations, month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. System Requirements: Identify new system requirements, assess their impact on existing systems and business processes, and develop appropriate specifications for new business processes. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Purchasing and IT Teams globally. Project Leadership: Lead and drive projects/teams independently to completion and stabilization. Authories: Administrator Access to Coupa. Administrator Access to PLEX/XA to troubleshoot. PTP process expert. Integration process expert. Master Data process expert. requirements-expected : ERP Systems: Experience with Coupa systems and Pt P area Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles and practices. Data Integration: Skills in integrating Coupa with other financial and ERP systems. Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance system efficiency. Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion. Training and Development: Capability to train and mentor other team members and end-users. Attitude: Ownership: Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
