ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Primary Support: Act as the first point of contact for Coupa application finance users, efficiently addressing and resolving their issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues reported by Finance and Treasury Teams, providing robust support to both Global and Local Accounting Teams.
  • Ticket Management: Submit and manage tickets on the Coupa Portal and with Integration Counterparts.
  • Issue Resolution: Support accounting and treasury teams with Coupa-related issues during daily operations, month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
  • System Requirements: Identify new system requirements, assess their impact on existing systems and business processes, and develop appropriate specifications for new business processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Purchasing and IT Teams globally.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and drive projects/teams independently to completion and stabilization.

  • Administrator Access to Coupa.
  • Administrator Access to PLEX/XA to troubleshoot.
  • PTP process expert.
  • Integration process expert.
  • Master Data process expert.


WYMAGANIA:

Qualifications:

  • ERP Systems: Experience with Coupa systems and PtP area
  • Data Integration: Skills in integrating Coupa with other financial and ERP systems.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
  • Training and Development: Capability to train and mentor other team members and end-users.
