As a Senior Coupa Administrator – Procurement, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing HERE’s global procurement platform.
You will ensure that Coupa operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business and compliance requirements, while supporting continuous process improvement and user adoption.
responsibilities :
Administer and manage the Coupa platform including advanced user access controls, system configurations, vendor data, approval workflows, and system updates.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring high system availability and resolving complex user issues.
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, enhance automation, and leverage best practices within procurement operations.
Collaborate with IT and Global Process teams to manage and optimize integrations between Coupa and other business systems, including ERP platforms (preferably PeopleSoft).
Evaluate and coordinate system upgrades and patch releases, working closely with HERE IT and super user groups to assess impact and ensure smooth deployment.
Develop and deliver user training programs, provide mentorship, and maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Ensure compliance and data security, aligning system setup with HERE’s policies and applicable regulations.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support procurement insights, sourcing performance, and executive decision-making.
Maintain and manage master data in the Coupa application, including sourcing categories and taxonomy.
Support sourcing analytics and ad-hoc reporting, assisting stakeholders with data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
requirements-expected :
Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
~6 years of hands-on experience in Coupa administration, configuration, and daily system management.
Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ability to apply logic and sound judgment in complex business contexts.
