We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you’ll lead the expansion of our Bolt Business in the country, manage and scale the B2B sales team, implement go-to-market strategies, and drive impactful deals to fuel growth.

About the role
As a Senior Country Sales Manager, you will lead the Bolt Business team in Warsaw, Poland. We’re looking for a driven senior leader with proven experience in scaling B2B sales teams and empowering managers to deliver outstanding results. You should be ambitious, confident, and adaptable, ready to take on diverse challenges. This role offers significant growth potential and the chance to make a big impact in a fast-paced setting. What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Oversee management roles and a mix of business development managers, business specialists, and account managers. Prioritize coaching and mentoring team leads, empowering them to handle day-to-day team management, and creating succession plans.
- Strategic Leadership: Set the vision, define long-term goals, and drive the overall sales strategy across a larger, layered team.
- Planning & Strategy: Own the go-to-market strategy, manage P&L projections, and align team activities with growth and ROI goals.
- Recruiting & Team Building: Collaborate with our recruitment team to build a high-performing team, following headcount and hiring plans.
- Achieve Growth: Drive your team to hit and exceed country sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve growth blockers in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
What we expect
About you:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales organizations, including more than 6 years managing teams and over 2 years in second-line management roles.
- You have a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance.
- You have proven successful delegation and empowerment skills in developing and relying on 2nd-line managers.
- You have a proven track record in strategic leadership.
- You prioritize coaching 2nd-line leaders and creating succession plans.
- You have proven experience in scaling teams by 4x in headcount within one year.
