Senior Country Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Country Marketing Specialist at Abiomed within J&J Medtech, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions within Poland. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the needs and preferences of the target market in Poland.
  • Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements, working closely with the EMEA marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to localize marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging for maximum impact.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate participation in industry-specific tradeshows, conferences, and events to increase brand visibility, scientific exposure, generate leads, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders such as professional education, therapy awareness and training team to ensure alignment on strategies and support on execution.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for market expansion and product innovation.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into local healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors.
