Inviting applications for the role of Senior Cost & Contract Analyst

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assessing the costs associated with engine maintenance and repair, performing detailed variance analyses, and providing insights that help the business understand the underlying root causes.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing and controlling the costs associated with aircraft maintenance and repair
  • Conduct detailed variance analyses and perform deep‑dive studies to accurately identify root causes
  • Manage and assess key controls to ensure smooth, end‑to‑end process execution in alignment with contractual requirements
  • Understand and interpret various contract types, including their terms and conditions
  • Report variances to stakeholders and drive actions that improve overall contract performance
  • Lead customer interactions and operate independently while ensuring high‑quality deliverables
  • Manage effective relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate as a strong team player across multiple projects, contributing to process enhancements
  • Perform Value Stream Mapping, process health checks, and compliance assessments against contractual terms, providing valuable inputs to elevate the process to the next level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance / engineering
  • Fluency in English, Polish is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, with strong capability to analyze and present data
  • High attention to detail, ensuring thorough review of items and accurate documentation of findings
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems and tools used to track and manage stock levels
  • Aerospace background preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
