About The Department

The Global Corporate Actions team at Franklin Templeton manages corporate action events for over 70,000 assets worldwide. We research, monitor, and process events that shape global markets, from major restructurings to high‑profile mergers. Based in Poznan, we work across equities, debt, and warrants, collaborating with portfolio managers, custodian banks, and legal counsel. Joining us means gaining exposure to complex financial transactions, contributing to market‑impacting decisions, and building a career in a dynamic, global environment.

How you will add value

  • You will research corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits, mergers, rights issues, spin offs, etc.) and communicate with banks, companies, and data vendors.
  • You will process and reconcile corporate action events accurately and on time.
  • You will investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies.
  • You will collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • You will support projects that improve workflows and drive automation.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience & Education

  • Understanding of financial instruments such as equities and debt.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), or Power BI.

Soft Skills

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Self‑reliance and accountability in daily tasks.
