Senior Controlling Specialist (f/m) Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities Supporting the organization in decision‑making through reliable financial analyses and clear business recommendations. Building and implementing controlling processes. Co‑creating financial plans (budgets, forecasts, long‑range plans) and conducting variance analyses. Assessing the profitability of projects (CAPEX/OPEX), including scenario modeling and ROI analysis. Identifying operational and cost‑improvement areas and initiating optimization actions. Closely collaborating with operations, planning teams, and central controlling. Preparing reports and presentations for senior management. Our requirements Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis. Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost analysis. Ability to build financial models and conduct scenario analyses. Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Proactive attitude, independence, and the ability to present conclusions clearly and in a business‑oriented way. Good command of English.
