MSO Internal Control Testing team is a rapidly developing team consisting of experts in internal control, processes, and IT systems. We carry out projects related to verifying the effectiveness of internal control from the business and IT perspective, identifying, analyzing, and managing business and IT risks for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Performing tests of internal controls design (round 1) and conducting walk‑throughs with the process owners.
• Performing tests of business process controls and IT controls effectiveness (round 2), roll‑forward testing.
• Taking part in remediation and deficiency mitigation processes and proactively working with process owners to determine the effectiveness of implemented measures.
• Conducting audit projects for the largest global clients.
• Overseeing the team during engagements and performing a quality review of work.

Qualifications

• A university degree or currently studying in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, IT audit and/or IT controls for at least 4 years.
• Compliance knowledge along with deep hands‑on technical knowledge of multiple business processes.
• Proficiency in English (fluent communication both verbally and in writing) and a minimum of C1 level in German.
• Analytical thinking skills, accuracy and good work organization.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) regulations.
• Experience in Governance/Risk/Compliance.
