YOUR ROLE
- Manage complex contract processes, including revision, drafting, negotiation and finalization of high‑value agreements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee contract lifecycle in systems (e.g., Icertis), including updates, archiving, and reporting.
- Review contracts managed by Contract Specialists and Interns.
- Assign cases in the Icertis system.
- Analyze contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members in contract management practices.
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at optimizing contract processes.
- Potential involvement in mentoring junior team members, including sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and supporting their professional development.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- University degree (preferably Law, Administration, or Business)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management or Legal
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., Icertis)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of contract law and international regulations
