Job Description:

Senior Continuous Improvement & Automation Analyst (part-time role)

Essential responsibilities and duties:

1. Review the current processes to identify process gaps for further improvement by description of the processes, solutions design and business documentation related to global processes and systems
2. Solid experience in process improvement and application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferably in a similar role
3. Identify automation opportunities, design – develop – deliver using industry best practices keeping scalability in focus
4. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, develop detailed project plans to monitor progress
5. Orchestrate and/or support on-going projects
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
7. Ability to write macros and deliver automation (tools such as Excel VBA, SAP Scripting) would be a strong asset

Requirements:

1. Must be able to work independently and autonomously and as part of a team
2. Fluent in English
3. Minimum Bachelors level degree
4. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
5. Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma certification, Agile PM certification)
6. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (nice to have)
