Overview
We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist, with 3+ years of experience in handling eCommerce projects in eCommerce agencies and/or eCommerce team on brand side, on previous roles such as eCommerce Strategist, eCommerce Consultant, eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Content Manager, etc.
As Senior Content Strategist, you’ll build offers, respond to clients’ briefs and unspoken needs, by finding proper data sources and strategic frameworks. Based on them, you will craft strategic recommendations for eCommerce presence of the agency’s clients across eCommerce related touchpoints and tools.
If asked „what interests you most: shopper’s path to purchase or algorithm of retailer’s search engine” you answer: “Both!” and immediately start to ideate how to make a product or develop a strategy framework which takes into account both these perspectives, that role is definitely for you.
Responsibilities
Use and design internal agency methodologies, frameworks, and tools to gather and analyze shopper, market, and competitive data
Understand client Business needs & agency Business to propose products
Craft eCommerce & Digital content recommendations and plan communication for Global Brands on category and brand levels, in many different markets/geographies
Create eCommerce & Digital Strategy Playbooks & Toolkits for Global brands
Present your findings and strategic recommendations in front of the client
Participate in pitches to win new clients and accounts
Represent agency on external events
Together with Lead define internal processes & scopes and ensure they are running smoothly
Qualifications
To enjoy and succeed in this role, we believe you must:
Have 3+ years of experience in handling eCommerce projects on eCommerce agency (eCommerce Strategist, eCommerce Consultant, etc) and/or eCommerce team on brand side (eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Content Manager, etc) (MUST-HAVE)
Know how to craft data-based strategies through hands-on experience
Be familiar with the most important Digital Shelf tools & metrics and know how to use them
Be able to identify client needs and know how to create an offer or proposal based on these
Have strong critical thinking skills and talent for generating innovative ideas
Have knowledge of shopper research process and methodologies
Be a master storyteller, keen to share your knowledge with your colleagues, clients, and external audiences
Be a team player, excited to cooperate and learn with your colleagues
Have great organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Have spoken and written English business proficiency
Have amazing PowerPoint skills
Moreover, nice to have:
Skill using Miro or Figma
Experience in communication strategy or Social Media strategy
Experience in overseeing peers work / leading projects
