About Us:
We are a 15-person tech startup based in Krakow , focused on developing B2B SaaS solutions for digital credential management (certificates and badges). Led by experienced founders and backed by leading EU venture funds. In just two years, our team has launched our core product and gained over 1000 organizations as paying customers. Now we generate more than 100K/monthly traffic for our content from Tier1 Geo and were poised for growth and ready to expand our team .
What will you do?
As our Senior Content Specialist, you will participate in developing and leading the execution of content strategy focused on generating new traffic, solving users’ problems, and engaging our current customers. You will also collaborate with a cross-functional teams (both external and internal), work hands-on with stakeholders, and ensure all content aligns with our quality standards and goals.
Your work will be challenging and simple at once - here’s what your work will look like:
60 % - Leading content execution : Collaborating closely with internal: designers, developers, know-how owners, and external: content writers, video editors, etc. In practice, here you have the biggest opportunity to create a smoothly functioning “organism” to deliver high-quality content.
30 % - Planning & backlog creation : Participating in the creation of the content calendar, topics backlog, and briefs that align with our goals. You will communicate with stakeholders, do some research, and spend time selecting the best topics/ideas for new landing pages, blog posts, visual content, YouTube videos, etc. (Yes, we are already producing a lot of different content now, and want to increase these numbers ).
10% - Analysing results and proposing optimizations : Reviewing, improving, and optimizing published content (for SEO, new traffic generation, product updates, better conversion rates, etc). You will work with various tools and stakeholders to analyze current results and figure out what we can do better in the next month, quarter, or content piece.
