Responsibilities
- Co‑creating the strategy for content distribution and promotion activities in Allegro’s markets (PL, CZ, SK, HU), contributing to the development of content marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s communication and sales objectives.
- Planning and executing content marketing activities – developing and maintaining the content calendar, managing the content production process.
- Creating and co‑creating various types of marketing materials – expert articles, case studies, infographics, promotional videos and animations, e‑books, industry reports, guides, etc., in cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Distributing and promoting content across communication channels – websites, social media, newsletters, etc., in collaboration with other teams.
- Collaborating with Marketing, PR, UX, Graphic Design, CRM, and other teams on communication projects.
- Ensuring UX and message consistency across all published materials.
- Monitoring performance and effectiveness – preparing reports and analyses, measuring KPIs, and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, supported by proven achievements.
- Ability to create high‑quality content in various marketing formats.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing and a good understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend effective actions.
- Creative approach to assigned tasks.
- Proactive and independent in day‑to‑day work.
- Experience in project management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- The ability to communicate freely and effectively in English (C1).
- Experience in the e‑commerce industry will be considered an asset.
