As a Senior Content Designer, you will join the Product Design team and play a key role in shaping the customer acquisition experience across a large-scale consumer website. Your focus will be on designing UX/UI content that guides users through decision-making, supports business goals, and enhances overall usability.
You will work strategically and cross-functionally, owning content design from discovery to delivery, while influencing product strategy, planning, and vision. This is a senior, hands-on role with strong ownership, collaboration, and impact across the organization.

responsibilities :
Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling content that supports user needs and business goals
Craft intentional messaging that guides users through acquisition and conversion flows
Translate complex concepts into simple, user-centric language
Own content design end-to-end, aligning with business objectives, user insights, and design standards
Conduct content audits and contribute to high-fidelity design solutions using existing design systems
Influence product strategy, planning, and long-term vision through content
Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Localization, and Legal teams
Actively participate in critiques, workshops, and strategic discussions to solve user and business problems
Contribute to and help maintain content style guidelines and best practices
Collaborate with other Content Designers to ensure consistency and quality across the platform
requirements-expected :
6+ years of experience in software product design within consumer-focused technology companies
Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist in a product environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, strategic thinking, and content craft
Deep understanding of user experience and how content, design, research, and data intersect
Ability to create frameworks and explore early-stage concepts collaboratively
Experience designing frictionless, scalable user flows
Confident in presenting ideas and explaining design decisions to diverse stakeholders
Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback into iterative work
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
