Senior Consultant, Wind Advisory
Ramboll is a world leader in offshore and onshore wind, supporting the development of wind projects worldwide through engineering, advisory, and consultancy services. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients on wind strategy, project execution, and innovative solutions.
Your New Role
You will be part of our global Wind Advisory team, providing expert guidance and strategic advice across all stages of wind projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Lead key working packages, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with developers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to integrate systems and conduct technical due diligence.
- Tendering: Lead technical preparation, coordination, and evaluation of tender packages.
- Standardisation: Contribute to the development of modular technical requirements for international projects.
- Mentorship: Train and support project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel, fostering continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, renewable energy, etc.) or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution, or operation – foundation design, installation, O&M, cost modelling, or geotechnical work is a plus.
- Strong understanding of wind project disciplines, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects.
- Excellent project management and contract negotiation skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
