responsibilities :


  • Main contact person for the global business users (Europe & North America) within the support organization for the Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds.
  • Work on Salesforce projects representing the IT stream (CRM migration to Salesforce, Field Service Management Rollouts, SAP S/4HANA transformation)
  • Analysis for Salesforce processes in conjunction with the various business partner
  • Responsible for the daily operations for the Salesforce system (work on tickets)
  • implementing Salesforce system changes in accordance with the system architecture (Customizing, testing, documentation)
  • Create and maintain the process & customizing documentation for the Salesforce system
  • Create development specifications for new developments & interfaces in the Salesforce context
  • Coordinate the external providers for Salesforce topics (Europe & North America)
  • Lead the Salesforce community and provide training to global & local business users

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (German is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as functional Salesforce consultant
  • Detailed knowhow within the main Salesforce processes for the Sales & Service Clouds (configuration & custom adaptations)
  • Good development knowhow on force.com (Simple adjustments with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, administration of change sets)
  • Integration of Salesforce with SAP based on API, RESTAPI or Webservices considered to be a plus
  • Good understanding of the Salesforce built in reporting capabilities
  • Basic understanding of the main SAP sales & service processes considered to be a plus
