As a key member of our Advisory team, you’ll drive the planning and execution of large‑scale, complex initiatives that align talent with strategy for some of the world’s most influential companies. You’ll collaborate with sales and consulting leaders, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global HR consulting projects.
• Partner with internal teams to scope, plan, and execute tailored client solutions.
• Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Coordinators to achieve project success.

What You Bring

• 6–8 years of project/account management experience, ideally in HR or business consulting.
• Proven success managing large, complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and margin management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or SAP is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
• A consultative mindset, strategic perspective, and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is highly preferred.
