As a key member of our Advisory team, you’ll drive the planning and execution of large-scale, complex initiatives that align talent with strategy for some of the world’s most influential companies. You’ll collaborate with sales and consulting leaders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

? What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global HR consulting projects.
• Partner with internal teams to scope, plan, and execute tailored client solutions.
• Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Coordinators to achieve project success.

✅ What You Bring

• 6–8 years of project/account management experience, ideally in HR or business consulting.
• Proven success managing large, complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and margin management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or SAP is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
• A consultative mindset, strategic perspective, and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is highly preferred.
