About the role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain and Operations Consultant to play a key role in our Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) Team in EY Polish Business Consulting practice. This position is suitable for professionals with a solid foundation in supply chain management who are ready to take on more responsibility and lead projects.
The opportunity gives you a chance to join our Planning team within SCO to support global and local clients with planning improvement implementations, e.g. Advanced Planning System like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP.

,[Participation in end-to-end transformational projects, in particular related to supply chain Planning (but also other areas: Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy) with the technology component., Participation in projects related to Advanced Planning and Scheduling-System led in Agile methodology, Serve as a subject matter expert for client with in-depth knowledge of the application, Translate business requirements into functional specifications resulting in user stories, Support and coordinate preparation workshops across client’s business units and/or regions, Support project successful deployment delivery (Fit-Gap analysis, Master Data/System setup, Training and Testing, Go Live and Support), Planning, execution and management of the work related to quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes, Participation in business development activities, like support project conformity with regards to scope, cost, time, budget, and deliverables, Preparation and finalization of the project deliverables (reports, workshop materials, business proposals and many others), Possibility to use available analysis, design, optimization and centralization methods in supply chain area Requirements: Advanced Planning Systems, Business analysis, SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis
