Senior Consultant – Project Management & Construction for Real Estate with German, EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Poland. Hybrid model: 2 days in office / 3 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on property construction and infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and attributes

• Experience in project management for commercial property constructions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open mind with excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• +4 years’ of professional experience in real estate construction sector.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across the EU as per business requirements.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Nice to have

• Excellent Experience in working for German real estate clients.
