Senior Implementation Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to lead implementation and development projects focused on financial and accounting processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ financial and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O according to client requirements.
- Conduct manual testing of implemented functionalities and prepare test scenarios.
- Integrate D365 F&O with other enterprise systems.
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
- Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining financial/accounting systems, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and performance optimization.
- Expert Knowledge of D365 F&O:
- Advanced understanding of the General Ledger module and operational processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable for goods and services).
- Experience with multi-company and international financial configurations.
- Ability to configure and personalize D365 F&O for high-performance processes.
- Familiarity with logistics or master planning modules is a plus.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency in creating project documentation and user guides.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Project Management:
- Ability to plan and manage projects from analysis through implementation and support.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
- Languages:
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or project management certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience integrating D365 F&O with SAP.
- Knowledge of commercial law in the e-commerce sector.
- Familiarity with current regulations related to KSeF implementation.
