YOUR ROLE
- Identify, analyze, and propose solutions to emerging Customer Relationship Management problems
- Analyzing internal customer needs
- Advising on emerging technical/ tool/ system queries
- Seeking, proposing and implementing tool/ process improvements
- Adapting the solution by customizing
- Testing the functionality of implemented CRM tools
- Conducting training for the target group on the implemented CRM processes and tools
YOUR PROFILE
- university degree – Business IT or Computer Science preferred
- professional experience in Microsoft CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - including experience in implementation process
- knowledge of sales, marketing, service and support processes
- knowledge of English at a communicative level - at min. B2
Technical skills:
- knowledge of CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
- knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and Low-Code/ No-Code will be nice to have
Soft Skills:
- solution-oriented approach
- strong communication skills
- independent and autonomous way of working
