Overview

Join one of the largest cybersecurity teams in Poland – over 180 experts working in Warsaw, Kraków and Katowice. We deliver comprehensive projects in IT and OT, including reviews, design, and implementation of technology and process solutions. Our modern lab lets us test IT/OT security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Co‑create projects in cybersecurity strategy and transformation.
• Assess maturity and perform governance reviews for security management systems (CSF NISTv2, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CIS Controls).
• Design and refine cyber risk management models for IT/OT systems.
• Implement regulatory requirements and compliance assessments for NIS2, DORA, CER, AI Act.
• Create cybersecurity processes and regulations.
• Leverage EY.AI – artificial intelligence that supports daily work, providing advanced analysis, data handling, and innovation.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency B2/C1 for international client work.
• Experience in designing and preparing organizations for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certification.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements: NIS2, CER, DORA.
• Presentation and client communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for international projects.
• Hybrid work model – 2 days in office.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Ability to identify critical processes and systems and assess their vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of business processes and their impact on cyber risk management.
• Knowledge of security trends and operating concept models.
