Your future team:
You will join a newly founded Business Process team responsible for enabling and guiding business process owners in Group functions in defining future processes. The team will have a pivotal role in the transformation to a new ERP system and related satellite systems.
What you will be doing:
As a Senior Consultant, Business Processes , you will identify key areas of improvements and document these to foster alignment across teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Your ability to analyze data and identify inefficiencies and present the results to key stakeholders should contribute to optimized operations and deliver measurable results. You will also help build a culture of strong collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting long-term success by engaging stakeholders and ensuring that process changes are embraced organization-wide.
The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, facilitation, interviewing, and active listening, ensuring that key input for the future processes in ROCKWOOL is captured. This involves working closely with Group Functions, e.g., Business Process Owners, OPCOs, and other stakeholders at all levels in ROCKWOOL.
In this role, you will help shape ROCKWOOL’s future global Operating Model by working closely with stakeholders at all levels to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable insights and standards. Your work will support the successful adoption of optimized ways of working and ensure alignment with our IT Strategy and target architecture.
