Forensics at PwC Polska includes over 20 experts. We help our clients in preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud by conducting forensic investigations or identifying irregularities and corruption. We also specialize in IT Forensics, including collection and acquisition of electronic evidence as well as forensic data analysis. Our clients face various challenges; our goal is to solve them and provide effective crisis management support through our broad, multi-industry experience.
We are looking for:
Senior Consultant
This role is designed for individuals with experience in financial/internal audit or anti-fraud departments, as well as those interested in forensic investigations with background in financial reporting or accounting. By joining us, you will learn from experienced colleagues and participate in projects related to fraud and irregularities at our clients companies.
Your future role includes:
- Solving problems related to frauds and irregularities, e.g., corruption, financial manipulations, employee frauds, data leaks.
- Conducting financial data analysis and supporting documentation review focusing on irregularities.
- Analyzing clients’ operational processes from a fraud-risk management and compliance perspective.
- Verifying entities and searching for key information using open source data.
- Managing teams of consultants and interns during projects.
- Preparing reports and analyses, summarizing key observations and recommendations for clients.
Apply if you have:
- Master’s degree (preferably in economics, finance, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, forensic investigations, or financial audit.
- Experience in teamwork.
- Interest in forensic investigations and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in collecting data from open sources and reviewing financial documents.
- High analytical skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Polish skills.
Nice to have:
- Professional certifications (CFE or CIA).
- Knowledge of German language.
