Job Purpose

Lead construction projects across Poland, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Support critical or underperforming projects and provide expert construction guidance. Implement global processes locally in line with business strategy, corporate guidelines, and policies. Advise the Head of CRE Region on ongoing projects, future plans, and opportunities for improvement.

Typical projects include Express Hubs, Gateways, Sorting Centers, and large fit-outs.

Your tasks

• Manage construction projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, including coordination with internal teams and external contractors.
• Collaborate with business colleagues (development, design, operations, finance) and stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Procurement) to ensure alignment and finalize transactions.
• Assess real estate options and project viability, providing market analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and present opportunities in a clear, comparable format for decision-making.
• Support project planning and execution, including budgeting, financial controlling, and preparation of construction-related documents and approvals.
• Consolidate data, provide analytics for underwriting and BCA approval processes, and support risk assessment.
• Oversee contractor selection, monitor third-party performance, and resolve day-to-day project delivery issues to improve efficiency.
• Assist with land acquisition documentation, due diligence, and portfolio refresh tasks to support real estate development.
• Prepare and report project analysis and deliverables to the CRE team on time and in line with quality standards.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Relevant construction experience, preferably in industrial or commercial projects.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, and project execution.
• Experience with construction drawings, building specifications, and industrial buildings.
• Vendor and stakeholder management, with strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
