Job Purpose

Lead construction activities at a regional level and support the execution of critical or underperforming projects. Provide expert construction knowledge and implement global processes in line with business strategy, corporate guidelines and policies. Deliver all levels of construction projects throughout the complete construction lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑quality delivery for projects such as Express Hubs, Gateways, Sorting Centers, and large Fit‑Outs.

Your tasks

• Deliver all levels of construction projects throughout the complete construction lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Liaise with business colleagues (business development, solutions design, operations, and finance) to align solutions with business requirements.
• Assess real estate options and viability to determine commercial opportunities.
• Provide thorough market information to support real estate options.
• Negotiate the best outcome for transactions and present opportunities to business colleagues in standardized format to allow for comparison.
• Manage projects from sourcing to handover, working with Construction and Facilities Management teams.
• Work with stakeholders to finalize transactions, including Legal, Risk, and Procurement.
• Implement construction management plans and processes to ensure delivery of construction solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide input for budget preparation and ensure budget control for construction projects.
• Consolidate data and provide analytics for underwriting and BCA approval processes, including financial modelling for developers and construction risk assessment inputs.
• Prepare construction‑related documents and approval papers.
• Implement financial controlling and budgeting under the RES regional or global controlling.
• Collect and analyze market and investment data.
• Support the contractor selection process by screening third‑party contractors.
• Monitor performance and service standards of third‑party construction firms engaged in the construction process.
• Support the land expert in preparing documentation, performing due diligence analyses, and executing administrative tasks for land acquisition.
• Identify potential leads through portfolio refresh and other project‑related tasks to support RES BD.
• Prepare and report analysis and deliverables to the RES team within timelines and as per quality standards.
• Resolve and analyze issues in day‑to‑day delivery and implement practices for construction management focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Relevant construction experience, preferably in industrial or commercial projects.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management, cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience with construction drawings, building specifications, and industrial buildings.
• Vendor and stakeholder management, project planning, and execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety and regulatory compliance.
