Senior Construction Consultant with German role at EY. Location: Wrocław / Katowice / Warsaw. Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote.

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland – part of EYs global service delivery network – is seeking a Senior Consultant – Project Management & Construction to join the GDS team in Poland. The role supports German Real Estate Team within Transaction Strategy and Execution.

Responsibilities

• Real estate projects full cycle consulting.
• Provide consultation on property construction, infrastructure engineering projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• +4 years of professional experience in real estate construction.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Preferred

• Excellent experience in working for German real estate clients.
