About the role:

As a Senior Compensation Specialist, you will assist with the administration of the global base and variable compensation programs. You will respond to salary surveys, assist with job evaluation, conduct regular job pricing and periodic analyses of market competitiveness, generate reports and conduct analyses utilizing the HRIS, and maintain updated and organized compensation-related documents, standard forms, and files. You will serve as a subject matter expert and partner closely with HR teams in evaluating and designing market-competitive compensation programs that attract, retain, and engage employees to help drive business success and further the employer brand. This position will be primarily responsible for the EMEA market but will work on global projects as needed.

In this role you will:

• Design and administer regional compensation policies per global guidelines
• Support year-end Compensation Planning, including data consolidation and report preparation
• Improve and develop compensation processes
• Conduct job benchmarking and market pricing
• Lead compensation survey participation and ensure accurate submissions with HR
• Analyze data to inform pay decisions and program designs
• Develop data consolidation and presentation methods
• Research industry trends and evaluate market solutions/vendors
• Manage vendor relationships for service delivery
• Provide project management for compensation projects and initiatives
• Communicate compensation programs through training materials
• Support HR with compensation matters like new hire offers, promotions, and market adjustments
• Assign positions to proper pay grades and job codes
• Advise management and HR on market trends and compensation programs
• Administer incentive programs, including merit, bonus, and equity
• Maintain and run compensation data reports, conduct audits, and respond to data requests
• Assist with projects, timelines, presentations, communication materials, and policies
• Support incentive plan and recognition program design and administration
• Stay updated on local regulations and educate employees and HR staff.

Our Requirements:

• 4 years of professional compensation experience in design and administration of compensation programs, job leveling systems, salary survey participation and analysis, bonus design, and merit administration, preferably in a global or multinational company
• Fluent in English – min. C1 level
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience with Mercer and PayFactors market pricing tools, Oracle Fusion HRIS, Service Now, Success Factors Performance Management
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, graphing)
• Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations
• Excellent planning and multitasking skills
• Effective team player with a cultural sensitivity
• Adaptability to changing environments.
