Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Compensation Program Associate - EMEA to join our Global Total Rewards Team, which is part of our Global People Team. You will enable the company’s rapid growth and lead the next evolution of our total rewards programs in the EMEA’s region while partnering on our global strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our compensation programs and policies in the region in the context of our global frameworks and philosophy. This includes providing guidance on compensation-related issues for business partners and the People Team, interpreting salary data, and performing analysis to ensure compliance and competitive positioning within the marketplace.   • Be a vital part of the Global People Team and Global Total Rewards team by supporting global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations to match positions against market survey positions across the region.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses across different functions and countries to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s global compensation philosophy.
  • Advise and partner with the business, People Team, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the effective use of compensation data, including job codes, position titles, and grades/job levels.
  • Develop analytical modeling templates for various compensation projects.
  • Co-Lead the annual performance process, pay planning, market analysis, and special projects for your region and as part of the global team.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion.
  • Co-manage regional relations and contracts with our benchmark providers and advisors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of increasing accountability and success in the areas of compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech, global organization.
  • Passion and inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in Google environment (sheets, docs, slides), Excel, and some Tableau.
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality. Nimble, quick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curious - able to work with limited direction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively and within a high-performing, engaging team at all levels and across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with interpretation and applying local regulatory/statutory requirements for compensation.
  • Preferred experience in acquisition-driven program harmonization on compensation.
  • Required to be fluent in English with excellent presentation, written and spoken communication.
