How to contribute to our vision

• The Commercial Project Manager manages and controls the commercial performance of Long Term Maintenance Contracts for Offshore Wind Farms.
• Ensures that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements.
• Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
• Compiles annual budgets and regular financial forecasts and delivers upon them.
• Actively communicates with customers commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.
• Together with the Project Manager proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
• Supports the Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.
• Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.

What you need to make a difference

• A bachelor or master’s degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with multiple years of work experience
• Multiple years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in the area of commercial project management
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, together with SAP
• Ability to work independently and organized while also bringing great communication skills within the team
• Detail oriented and hands-on mindset with desire to work proactively
• An analytical mindset
• Fluency in English
