Rebate Analyst - Western Europe (WEU)
Location: Warsaw
The hybrid model of work.
Summary
- A rebate analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data across WEU.
- Supporting the following tasks: commercial customer rebates (this list is not exhaustive).
- Work collaboratively across WEU with commercial, functional and local bids and tenders teams.
- Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the analytics of the WEU commercial customer rebate process; collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Perform WEU rebate claims; working with Commercial stakeholders for approval; work collaboratively with the A2R team in Warsaw.
- Processing of rebate sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting; provide local analytical support.
Qualifications
- University degree, Bachelors or Master (Finance, economics preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills combined with exceptional technical skills: MS Office Applications: (Excel, PowerPivot, Access); Visual analytics platform: (Tableau).
- Fluent English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged.
