Job Description:

For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Collections Specialist with the knowledge of one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish).

• Manage a segment of key accounts and support the maintenance and enhancement of key accounts
• Develop training materials and procedures regarding key account collection processes
• Establish strong working relationships with other teams and internal/external customer contacts
• Improve productivity and service, utilizing knowledge of multiple credit systems and divisional programs by suggesting changes
• Provide collection input around specific key account customer segments and cooperate with the reporting teams to develop or enhance reports and analysis around key account AR portfolio
• Coach and train collections specialists

What we expect:

• Educational background
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access)
• Proficient in analyzing financial data
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish)
• Strong customer orientation
