• Salary range: 9000 - 11000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring outstanding invoices and late payments from customers of our clients
• Ensuring that given credits are monitored and controlled effectively
• Supporting customers who deal with repayment difficulties, negotiating terms and proposing relevant payment solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers
• Managing AR portfolio
• Achieving cash collection and ageing targets
• Identifying frequently recurring situations at customer level, escalating such situations and suggesting remedial actions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Collection/AR field
• Good spoken & written English (B1/B2 level)
• Fluent Dutch or Danish (C1 level)
• Great communication & negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Started certifying in DGEM Tech technologies relevant to role
