This role is a key position within our Infrastructure & Network team, responsible for the stability, security, and optimization of our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires deep expertise in modern device management (Intune), identity protection (Entra ID), and cloud security (Defender). You will be responsible for the stability and security of our server and endpoint environment.

responsibilities :

Administering and optimizing the Microsoft Azure environment (VMs, Storage, App Services, Backup/Dr)
Managing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID (Identity Management, Conditional Access) and Exchange Online
Overseeing endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies) for Windows and mobile devices
Leading cloud and endpoint security operations using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Cloud, including monitoring and response to security alerts
Managing patching processes and system updates across server and endpoint environments
Acting as a 3rd line (L3) escalation point for complex cloud and system issues and mentoring the Junior Infrastructure Specialist
Providing operational backup for network-related tasks (basic firewall troubleshooting, connectivity diagnostics)
Automating routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or Logic Apps

requirements-expected :

Minimum 5 years of experience in System/Cloud Administration
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS) and Microsoft 365 environments
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Strong focus on Security (Defender ecosystem, Vulnerability Management)
Intermediate-level knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic firewall concepts)
English proficiency (min. B2)
Analytical mindset and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical systems
