We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join our clients team in Krakow or Warsaw. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German and have strong experience with cybersecurity and hands-on cloud security management and operations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
responsibilities :
Implement security controls in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Manage and configure cloud security architecture and perform security assessments and audits
Deploy and onboard multi-cloud accounts and Kubernetes services into the CNAPP (Sysdig) platform
Implement compliance, vulnerability, and threat detection/prevention policies across cloud environments
Troubleshoot cloud onboarding and agent connectivity issues
Fine-tune and automate threat policies for workload, container, and Kubernetes protection in CNAPP (Sysdig)
Integrate third-party security tools such as SIEM and ticketing tools with CNAPP (Sysdig)
Deliver cloud security projects, including assessments, remediation, and managed services
Provide expert guidance on complex cloud security challenges
Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful client delivery
Apply cloud security best practices based on major frameworks like CSA CCM and CIS Benchmarks across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Maintain expertise in cloud computing and virtualization technologies, including deployment models and cloud service delivery
Handle high-severity security incidents (Zero Day) and design communication plans for stakeholders
Demonstrate leadership and manage teams effectively in cloud security environments

Fluent in English and German
5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on cloud security management and operations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Expertise with cloud-native security tools such as Azure Defender Suite, AWS GuardDuty, GCP Chronicle, and CNAPP platforms (Sysdig, Palo Alto, Wiz)
Hands-on experience with container security and Kubernetes is a plus
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., KQL, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology domains, distributed computing, and database security
Strong communication skills and business/technical vision
Proven leadership experience in cross-functional projects
Familiarity with governance and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, OWASP, ISO 27001)
