Join Arla Foods as a Senior Specialist- Cloud Engineer and drive the transformation of our cloud infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions that drive our business forward. Your expertise in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, will be essential in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure
You will have a significant impact on Arla’s global developer community by tackling complex challenges, ensuring seamless cloud service integration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Inspire and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Drive strategic cloud initiatives, contributing to the overall direction and execution of cloud projects.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to the Azure infrastructure and services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud processes and procedures.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on Azure cloud environments.
- Deep expertise in Azure services, including Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Server.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and specifications.
- Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
