As a Senior AWS Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and scaling the AWS infrastructure behind our inhouse LLM-based systems. These systems help jobseekers discover better-fitting jobs and recruiters find the right talent, using advanced Vector Databases and semantic search.
You’ll manage and optimize AWS accounts and infrastructure to support LLM inference, act as a strategic liaison to our central IaaS teams, and empower two business teams by managing LLM-Operations. Working closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Software Engineers in an agile environment, you’ll help us build a future where a new job is just a click away.

responsibilities :
Act as a liaison to our central IaaS teams to align infrastructure and business needs.
Set up and administer newly created AWS accounts to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Enable two teams in our business by managing and streamlining LLM-Operations.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders, explaining cloud concepts in an accessible way.
Show a strong sense of ownership and proactively provide solutions before issues escalate.
Contribute actively to technical discussions and decision-making alongside Product Managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate in an empowered, self-sufficient Scrum team with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Data Engineering, or a related field.
High proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and test automation best practices.
Strong experience in AWS administration, including IAM permission management.
Experience setting up compute, storage, and service infrastructure in AWS.
Experience with networking and content delivery (e.g., VPC, Route53).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
