We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer in securing and optimizing cloud-based surveillance systems.
This role involves designing and implementing a new AWS landing zone to support encryption services, ensuring smooth failover and operational security.
responsibilities :
Design, implement, and document a light AWS landing zone.
Ensure Surveil-X connects securely to KMS vaults for data encryption.
Guarantee seamless failover with minimal downtime.
Define and implement encryption key management strategies.
Assess cloud security, architecture, and operational procedures for the best implementation approach.
Work with cloud security teams to decide between AWS cloud-native keys vs. Fortanix on-prem keys.
Ensure proper documentation and handover to operational teams.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in AWS cloud architecture & implementation.
Strong expertise in encryption key management.
IT architecture experience in the financial services industry.
Excellent project management & stakeholder communication skills.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, Terraform, Python, Ansible Tower, Bitbucket, HashiCorp Vault, Jenkins, DevOps best practices (linting, versioning, CI/CD).
