We are looking for a highly engaged, technically strong, and collaborative individual with a positive attitude who wants to help us achieve our goal - being the "Top 1" CRM SaaS company in the world! Our Pega Cloud team is distributed globally with three major technology centers in the US, the EU, and India.

What Youll Do at Pega:

• Develop tooling supporting orchestration for thousands of Cloud environments.
• Work daily with Pega Platform and Pega Cloud, within Scrum, DevOps, and MVP frameworks.
• Create test scenarios and perform test execution (manually and/or writing automation).
• Actively collaborate with the Product team and other stakeholders.

Who You Are:

You are a seasoned Cloud Development Engineer with over 3 years of experience in software development. You have a deep understanding of AWS and CI/CD tools and are skilled in working within agile environments. You possess strong leadership skills, thrive in dynamic environments, and are adept at problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions. You are a strong communicator, able to mentor junior engineers, and excel at building collaborative relationships across teams. You have a comprehensive understanding of various DevOps technologies and can drive the adoption of best practices and standards.

What Youve Accomplished:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development and engineering.
• Expertise in Java or similar programming languages.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools.
• Proficiency in DevOps automation, CI/CD pipeline tools, and infrastructure as code (IaC) technologies.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in Pega Platform (CSSA exam or above) is desired.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
