• Implement customer change requests.
• Working proactively to enhance the customer delivery.
• Take ownership of problem ticket, recommend and implement solutions.
• Projects: Independently or as part of a small team, carry out small projects across all phases.

• Experience with mid to large customers (5+ locations, 500+ employees)
• Other relevant experience may compensate for lack of university level degree
