Senior Client Solutions Analyst

The Client Solutions Specialist role is based in our Warsaw office in the Client Solutions Team. Your responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio of specific industry clients globally
- Provide support to clients with day-to-day queries around Mercer products, methodology, and services
- Manage the process of collection, verification, and interpretation of compensation and policy data from clients
- Deliver custom trainings, onboardings, and Mercer tools demo for clients
- Cooperation with internal consultants - providing product and sales support (sales presentations, product information, contacting clients, etc.)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis of compensation & benefits data for our clients
- Continue knowledge development in the field of compensation and benefits
Our requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a compensation & benefits and/or customer support environment
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking a proactive approach to work
- Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable
- Knowledge of dashboard creation tools like PowerBI, Qlik would be desirable
- Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m.)
