Senior Client Account Manager (Sr CAM)

The Sr CAM is a payroll service position focusing on payroll and customer service responsibilities. The Sr CAM works on a portfolio of Clients and interfaces with internal teams being on location with the ADP Best of Breed country partner. The Sr CAM is responsible for all critical steps to provide our Clients a seamless payroll process from input to pay date. The Sr CAM will participate in ongoing client account services training and will be responsible for contributing to internal projects while developing and learning their ongoing client base. The Sr CAM is also responsible for understanding each clients specific process to provide key recommendations for improvements and efficiency gains. This position reports to the Supervisor of Client Services. The Sr CAM is responsible for ensuring the overall quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery of specified country payroll while increasing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in ongoing training sessions on company protocols for payroll management and client services for the first month of initial start date.
  • Assists with internal projects and works alongside other departments to achieve companywide goals while training on Celergos processes and protocols.
  • Works effectively within the team to ensure all department deadlines and payroll deadlines are met.
  • Generates reports to analyze, audit, reconcile, and verify country-specific payroll data.
  • Utilizes strong communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with international team members.
  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of each Clients payroll.
  • Completes and delivers monthly checklist metrics to ensure timely completion and adherence to processes.
  • Manages controls (client and internal changes) to ensure all documentation is up to date and all deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
  • Provides clients with strong critical problem-solving results and fosters strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manages each client payroll calendar effectively with both the client and partners.
  • Ensures client deliverables and Service Level Agreements (if present) are completed timely and accurately.
  • Acts as client advocate and collaborates internally and externally as needed to ensure client needs are understood and expectations are met.
  • Reviews and communicates payroll changes between the Client and local Payroll vendors.
  • Audits the local vendors payroll calculations.
  • Manages all aspects and steps of the funding process.
  • Maintains open items logs and tracks improvements to ensure all open items are closed.

Requirements:

  • Passion: Client Service Management
  • Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of payroll or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to maintain priorities in a constantly changing environment
