Senior Client Account Manager (Insurance industry)

Your responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic, long-term relationships with key insurance clients in Poland
- Lead complex, high-value consulting and technology engagements from shaping to delivery oversight
- Take full end-to-end accountability, including commercial performance and P&L responsibility
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive and board-level stakeholders
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and shape client agendas
- Represent Accenture as a senior industry voice at conferences, executive forums and market initiatives
- Contribute to Accenture’s strategic positioning in the Polish insurance market
Our requirements
- 10+ years of senior experience in the Polish insurance sector
- Proven track record in strategic account leadership, sales and delivery governance
- Deep understanding of insurance business models and market dynamics
- At least 4+ years of experience in a comparable client facing account leadership or relevant engagements delivery role, with direct responsibility for managing senior client relationships and commercial initiatives
- Fluent command of Polish and English (both written and spoken)
- Broad, cross-functional exposure to insurance (business, operations, transformation, technology)
- Strong executive presence and credibility in C-level / boardroom discussions
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build responsibility, not just manage it
- Experience with financial accountability (P&L) at account or portfolio level
- Clear understanding that this is a business and client leadership role, not a technical one
