Your responsibilities

  • Developing solutions that effectively handle complex data and analyzing the connections between different data points.
  • Transforming findings into actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in operational performance.
  • Applying process mining techniques to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations.
  • Experience working with technical documentation, able to work with PDD, SDD, and other forms of it.
  • Utilize Python, SQL, and other technical skills to discover valuable insights that improve daily operations.
  • Designing and implementing solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of everyday business tasks.
  • Using data analysis to support better decision-making while prioritizing service quality.
  • Collaborating with business teams to address operational challenges through continuous improvement methods and technical innovation.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members in learning data analysis techniques and problem-solving approaches.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth processes.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and facilitating knowledge transfer across the team.
