Senior Change Manager
Position Purpose: The Senior Change Manager provides expertise in Change Management (CM) and guides business/project managers through change processes. This role plays a pivotal part in creating and executing CM strategies to achieve business/project goals, utilizing Bayer’s change and agile coaching methodologies. The position operates globally, impacting all eight service center locations and supporting any Bayer entity worldwide.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Change Management as a Service for organization-wide initiatives, including Change Projects, Transformation Programs, and Cultural Change Initiatives.
- Design and implement change management strategies aligned with DSO principles to enhance efficiency and minimize resistance.
- Develop actionable deliverables such as communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching guides, training modules, and resistance management strategies.
- Lead and coordinate change management activities, fostering shared ownership and accountability.
- Define and monitor "change success" metrics to assess initiative impacts and drive mission-focused outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and promote peer accountability and shared learning across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and alignment with shared goals.
- Provide insights and guidance on change initiatives, evaluating their effects on the organization.
- Share expertise within the Change Management community to contribute to team excellence.

Who you are:
- University degree in HR Management, Psychology, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 3-4 years of experience in Change Management, including Organizational and Cultural Change.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record.
- Ability to build trustful relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and complexity on a global scale, with the ability to coach through uncertain times.
- Key skills: Listening, Results-oriented, Learning agility, Analytical skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in Polish or Spanish.
